What is a Air/Fuel Ratio gauge?
First off what is the air/fuel ratio? The air/fuel ratio is a measure in units of mass of air to fuel so for the perfect air/fuel ratio of 14.7:1 means there is 14.7 units of air to one unit of fuel. The gauge just measures it for you. The gauge consist of the gauge and a O2 sensor that is installed in the exhaust pipe to read the air/fuel ratio.

What is a Dynatek CDI and why do I need one?
CDI stands for Capacitive Discharge Igition, like that matters. Anyway the main advantage of putting a aftermarket CDI on is you go faster. The reason is the aftermarket CDI allows your engine to reach a higher RPM therefore higher performance and speed. Dynatek CDI's have a much hotter spark energy and on those applications where it applies there is no reverse gear rev limiter either. Most of the time you will get a slight seat of the pants increase in performance too.

What is the difference between a programmable and non-programmable CDI?
The programmable CDI has the ability of being programmed by a computer to change the timing curves and other settings within CDI. Most all of the programmable CDI's have four different timing curves to choose from, by a switch attached to the CDI. The non-programmable CDI is simply a plug and play replacement.

What is a fuel controller?
A fuel controller is simply a device that allows you to control the amount of fuel introduced into the engine via electronic fuel injection. It does this by being installed in between the injectors and on board computer. Only EFI engines would need a controller.

Why do I need a fuel controller?
A fuel controller does to fuel injection what jetting does to a carburetor. If you want to add any engine performance parts to your ATV such as a air box mod or exhaust the ATV will not run right until add a fuel controller to your ATV so you can change air/fuel ratio to meet the new modifications. Basically if you modify the engine in any way you will need a fuel controller so it will run right and get the most out of your new part.

The answer to this one is best answered by what you want accomplish and how much money you are willing to spend. Dobeck Fuel Controller: This one would be the least expensive and biggest difference in a Dobeck and a Dynatek Fuel Controller is, the Dobeck will not take away fuel only add. Although rare you will need to take away fuel. Dynatek Fuel Controller: Compared to the Dobeck it adds the ability to take away fuel not just add. This feature is definitely a plus. Dynojet Power Commander: The Power Commander is the premier unit, it not only allows you to give or take away fuel and it has other add-on features such as a accelerator pump feature which adds extra fuel on the bottom end for a low speed boost. If given the choice and available for my ATV, I would choose this unit because all of the control you have. This unit is controlled by a computer via USB. Power
